Yoga day celebration at Vidya Bharati school

On 23rd November 2019 Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir, Dulowal Mansa conducted 'Yoga' program where Yoga instructor Shri Visakha Singh demonstrated various asanas to the students. The celebration concluded with synchronized recitation of shlokas. Teachers also encouraged the students to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
