The Education & Finance Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma visits Vidya Bharati school

"The Finance Security for Teachers of Vidya Bharati Vidyalaya in Assam will be taken care of", Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma, Education & Finance Minister of Assam.

The Education & Finance Minister of Assam Dr. Himanta Biswa Sharma visited Saraswati Vidya Niketan Karimganj, to inaugurate it’s the new administrative building. On that occasion other dignitaries like District Commissioner of Karimganj Shri Anbamuthan MP, Honourable MP of Cachar District ,Sri Rajdeep Roy, Honourable chairman of Assam Industrial Development Shri Mission Ranjan Das honourable SP Mr. Mayank , Honourable MP of Mongaldoi District Shri Dilip Saikia the president of Saraswati Vidya Niketan, Karimganj Sri Suhash Ranjan Das , Vibhag Sanga Chalak. Sri Biswabandhu Chakraborty , other prominent workers of different organization and prominent educationists were also present. While addressing the audience the Honourable Education Minister Shri Himanta Biswa Sharma praised Vidya Bharati Vidyalayas saying that these schools are the centre of Indian cultureand human values in Assam.

On that day the ex -students of this institution were also felicitated by the chief guest for their academic achievements and social activities in different fields the names of the students are – Baishali Bhattacharya ( M. Sc chemistry gold medal) , Satarupa Bhattacharjee (B.A. Sanskrit Gold Medalist) ,Pushpita Das ( B.A. Sanskrit silver medalist) ,Mou Biswas (GoldMedalist in Yoga) ,Biprojit Dasgupta (Social Worker ) .
