Sumit Bhatt, student of class IX of Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Shiva Colony got the first position for his model house based on his innovative sensor technology in district level science model competition Basti Mahotsav exhibition on the occasion of National Science Day 2023 organized by Council of Science Technology Uttar Pradesh.

Sumit Bhatt was honored with a cash prize of ₹ 3000, memento and citation by District Magistrate Basti Honorable Priyanka Niranjan ji, Chief Development Officer Basti Dr. Rajesh Prajapati ji and District School Inspector Basti Mr. Dal Singar Yadav ji.
