Vidya Bharati Alumni, Janaantik Chakravarty, a successful multiple business owner from Uttar Banga shares experiences

Shri Janaantik Chakravarty, an alumnus of Sarada Sishu Teertha, Suryasen Colony, recently shared his journey via an interview with Vidya Bharati alumni portal team, which has been given below.

Mr. Chakravarty has done his schooling from Sarada Sishu Teertha, Suryasen Colony, up to class 4 and then went to Siliguri Boys High School to pass class 12th in the year 2006. He completed his graduation in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics stream) from Indian Institute of Aeronautical Science, Delhi, in the year 2010. After this, he worked in Jet airways for 6 months in Kolkata and then shifted to Siliguri for his business. He always wanted to set up his own business and thus shifted to his hometown for the same. Presently he is into various businesses like Event Management organization, Medical distribution, Salons and academics where they give training for banking services. He has been running his multiple businesses since 2011.

Mr. Chakravarty is originally from Siliguri where he stays with his parents. His father is a retired Govt official.

Mr. Chakravarty is an avid social worker as well. He is involved in blood donation campaigns, distribution of blankets to needy etc in his hometown. He also helped out during the Covid 19 related lock down by providing food to the needy.

While speaking with Vidya Bharati Purv Chatra team, Mr. Chakravarty mentioned that all batch mates and alumni of the school are still in touch with each other. He thanked his school and teachers for helping him to develop his moral values. He said that he is obliged to his teachers for their patience, guidance and consistent efforts.
